In the event that any travel or related travel experiences covered under your registration are cancelled and not provided, guests will be eligible for a refund, provided the cancellation was not due to the guest or in violation of the refund terms outlined on the website and below. This transaction may be covered by the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the traveler is located in California at the time of payment; persons outside of the State of California are not covered by TCRF. Eligible travelers may file a claim with TCRF if a refund is not provided, subject to the requirements and time limits set forth by California law.
