CE & Hotel Information

CEs: Aloha Summits partners with Ce-Go, who manages and provides our continuing education. You will be able to earn up to 16 APA, NBCC & ASWB CE’s. We recommend verifying with your individual licensing board to confirm coverage. Once you registered through their website, you have access to your dashboard, which is how you will complete your evaluations post Summit. Ce-Go holds your CE certificates for up to seven years post evaluation. If you have any questions related to your ce’s you can contact their support.

Hotel: Nestled beside Black Rock on the iconic Kaanapali shoreline, our newly renovated home base offers the perfect balance of restorative relaxation and island adventure. Watch the nightly sunset Tiki Torch lighting ceremony just steps from your room, explore world-class snorkeling at Black Rock, and wake to the South Pacific lapping at the shore. You will get two hot lunches provided by the hotel during the Summit. You can book 3 days pre and 3 days post Summit at the discounted rate to allow for a longer stay. No resort fees and discounted parking at $15 a night for self parking.

Elizabeth L. Shapiro
Ph.D

Elizabeth (Libby) Shapiro, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Lexington, Massachusetts supervising clinicians and working with individuals, couples and groups. She is the former Clinical Director and Director of Training at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy, and former Director of The Center for Psychoanalytic Studies at Massachusetts General Hospital. Libby currently teaches and supervises at Cambridge Hospital and is a Teaching Associate in Psychiatry, part-time, at Harvard Medical School. She is the author of articles and book chapters and given talks on training, group treatment, aging, sibling dynamics, money, referrals, boundaries, courage and shame.

Rachel Ginzberg
Psy.D

Rachel Ginzberg, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Philadelphia and Swarthmore, Pennsylvania working with individuals, couples and groups. She has presented on the topic of the aging therapist to the American Group Psychotherapy Association and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, in addition to authoring articles on group treatment, aging, sibling dynamics, money and referrals.

Vanessa Holliman
LCSW

Vanessa Holliman, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, founder of BEing Wholistic LLC, and practices Integrative Mind-Body-Spirit Social Work. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing trauma, especially the niche of adult sexual trauma, requires addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With training in psychotherapy, holistic nutrition, functional movement, depth-oriented clinical astrology, and energy modalities like Usui & Holy Fire Reiki, she’s developed an integrated approach to help beings reconnect with their true self. and her mission is to help beings navigate life’s transitions, break free from limiting beliefs, and align with the life they’re meant to live.

Vanessa has spent over 10 years working within community mental health and county correctional health systems. Her experience spans managing Supportive and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams serving the Seriously Mentally Ill, acting as a Preceptor within correctional mental health departments, and serving as a peer and leadership auditor for the county’s Regional Behavioral Health Authority for 3 years, ensuring both ACT and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration SAMHSA services met standards of care and were documented appropriately. In both 2024 and 2025, Vanessa’s psychotherapy practice passed insurance including Medicaid documentation audits utilizing the methods she teaches.

Peter O’Hanrahan
International Enneagram Teacher, Coach, and Author

Peter O’Hanrahan is a leading Enneagram teacher and trainer worldwide. Since 1978 he has presented the Enneagram to a wide variety of groups, including corporations, non-profits, university staffs, small businesses, churches and professional associations. He regularly teaches Enneagram workshops in the US, Europe and China. He is an associate of Enneagram Worldwide and the Enneagram Professional Training Program with David Daniels, MD and Helen Palmer® and in the past 20 years has helped train and certify more than 800 Enneagram professionals from a variety of the fields in business, psychology, religion, coaching and spiritual counsel.

Peter has presented business applications of the Enneagram at conferences of the American Society for Training and Development, the Organizational Development Network, and the International Enneagram Association. He is the co-author of the Enneagram workplace guide, Transformational Leadership, which is used by companies and university graduate programs. He is a Senior Associate with Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s The Enneagram in Business Train the Trainers Program. With 45 years professional experience as a counselor and trainer, Peter also offers Enneagram coaching and consultation to individuals, couples and groups.

Katie Asmus
MA, LPC, BMP

Katie Asmus is a Somatic and Nature-Based Psychotherapist. With a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology, over 30 years of leading individuals and group programs out in nature, and a lifetime of apprenticing to ceremony and rites of passage, Katie says the essence of her work is normalizing, celebrating, and bringing compassion to what it means to be human. For the past 25 years, alongside maintaining a private psychotherapy practice, she has taught graduate students at Naropa University and Prescott College in the areas of Somatic and Nature-based Therapies.
In addition, through the Somatic Nature Therapy Institute (and in collaboration with other inspiring colleagues), she created and facilitates both online and in-person workshops and trainings in Somatic Trauma work, Ceremony & Rites of Passage facilitation, as well as in a wide variety of wilderness, adventure, and nature-based therapy skills. Having sat with tens of thousands of people from around the world and from all walks of life, Katie is a tender of the thresholds and strongly believes in the necessity of following our deepest longing while simultaneously knowing and feeling our interconnection and belonging to the greater web of life.

Alyssa Elgersma
tLMHC-IA, LPCC

Alyssa Elgersma has her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health.

Alyssa has both lived and professional experience with unconventional grief, giving her significant understanding, compassion, and empathy in her professional life. She is well trained in grief and loss. Alyssa has stated “Grief feels like a person’s heart is exploding and suffocating at the same time. It hurts and changes how the brain works. It can leave one feeling like they do not have a voice or that is their new identity. Both feelings are valid.”

Alyssa enjoys a few good cups of tea, watching TV shows, traveling, and spending time with the office shelties (Mozzie and Zylie) at home and at the office.

Alyssa works in private practice and in administration in a group practice in Iowa. She is licensed in both Iowa and Colorado.

Anjahni Davi
MA, LMFT, CHT

Anjahni Davi, MA, LMFT, CHT, Founder of Deeper Diving Retreats, Summits & Adventures, LLC, has provided mental health services in both public community settings and in private practice for over thirty five years.

Anjahni is a retreat and conference host, consultant, and educator. Anjahni works as licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both private practice and part-time at a health care organization in California. Anjahni studied Transpersonal Psychology in grad school program at JFKU and wholistic therapies in undergrad, along side her BA in Counseling Psychology at Prescott College. Anjahni was trained and certified in Alchemical Hypnotherapy, a form of parts work and spiritual healing in the late 80’s along with Breath work, Rebirthing work, Neo Reichian Massage, Reflexology and Swedish Massage. Anjahni has completed over 400 hours of training as a Master Hypnotherapist. Anjahni has been a Reiki Master for close to 40 years. Anjahni has been studying the Enneagram for over twenty years and got her certification as Enneagram Practitioner from the Narrative Enneagram.

Anjahni sits on the Board of Directors of The Redemption Center, a re-entry program in Queens, NY and a former Board Member of CURE NY. Anjahni is an avid traveler and loves to photograph her adventures. She follows her heart to far-flung places, usually with her daughters as her side kicks. Anjahni is excited to show you the world in ways that will support both professional and personal development, as well as make your soul child smile.
