Jamie Cross
Yoga Instructor

I’m Jamie, a dedicated somatic and yoga therapist based in Melbourne, FL, and founder of Sacred
Connection Healing-a practice born from the deep beliel that the most sacred connection we will ever cultivate is the one within ourselves. My work is grounded in the understanding that true transformation emerges through the integration of mind, body, and soul. Through somatic therapy, psychodynamic exploration, and the expressive language of art therapy, we’ll explore the emotional imprints, patterns, and sensations that live within you— guiding you toward deeper self-awareness and embodied healing. As a yoga therapist, I incorporate ancient yogic wisdom and trauma-informed practices that go beyond movement. Breathwork, mindfulness, and embodied presence become sacred tools that help you soften into your truth and reconnect with your innate wisdom. Yoga, in this space, is not about performance-it is about returning home to yourself. The name Sacred Connection Healing reflects my belief that as healers, we can only walk as far with others as we’ve dared to journey within ourselves. It is my own ongoing inner work that allows me to meet you with compassion, presence, and authenticity. In our work together, I hold space for all parts of you to be seen, held, and integrated.
